Legian beach is becoming one of the most popular beaches in Bali, due to its beautiful white stretches of sand and rolling waves. Legian beach has everything you would want and need for a day out, or if you are staying in one of the luxurious hotels. On and near the beach are many stalls, small shops, restaurants and cafes, and also pamper treatments, spas, bars and clubs. You can spend the whole day and evening at Legian beach, and take in the breath taking sunset before heading to one of the bars for a cocktail.

Dreamland beach, as the name suggests, is a spectacular beach which is dominated by the clear blue water. The beach is situated at the south of the island, and so forth offers great surfing opportunities in the rolling waves. Compared to some of the other beaches, which can become very crowded, Dreamland beach is more secluded, as it is surrounded by high cliffs and large rocks. This gives you the feeling that the beach is private and exclusive, yet still having a few shops allows you to have everything you need nearby.

For those who want to escape the tourist places, and find a hidden gem, you should visit Nusa Lembongan Beach, which is an island 7km off the main Bali Island. This tranquil island is modest and beautiful, boasting clear shallow waters running alongside quiet sandy beaches. For a romantic getaway, this is the perfect beach and island to visit. If you are staying in Bali, it is recommended that a few days are spent on this island so you can explore it all, besides, you don’t want to rush spending time in such a magnificent place.
