Cairns Tourist Attractions
Very popular among the tourists is the Kuranda Scenic Railway and the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. Travel through and above the World Heritage listed Tropical Rainforest with these two attractions. Go up through the mountains and rainforest to Kuranda by train and enjoy a lunch in the cool climate then when you’re ready, ride the Skyrail down the through the tree tops. When you reach the bottom you can stop in at the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park and learn about the native history of the area.
