Be sure to bring plenty of bottled water when traveling out of the country. The water you find in other countries may not be safe to drink as it can cause different sicknesses. Bottled water is important even for tooth brushing purposes. You may get ill from using the tap water.

Stretch your legs once per hour or more when you’re on a long flight. You can do this by walking to the restroom, even if you don’t have to go. Sitting for hours is bad for your circulation and you might experience pain in your legs if you do not stretch.

If you are going to travel, make certain that you have made copies of all of your important documents. Place different copies of your documents in several locations so that you cannot lose everything at once. Make sure you leave a set of documents with a friend or family member in case yours get lost or stolen.
