Having the population of more than 28,000, St. Helier has been a tourist destination for most people for cultural venues, architectural and entertainment attractions. Saint Helier is the capital of Jersey Islands. It is one of the 12 parishes and the largest of the entire Channel Islands. 9% of the whole land area of the Jersey Island comprises the surface area of St Helier.
